The House of Loreto, Canton, OH., in the Youngstown Diocese.

The Sisters of the Congregation of the Divine Spirit have engaged in the following Apostolates during various time frames:
EXECUTIVE AND FINANCIAL SECRETARIAL DUTIES:
The Chancery Office, Gannon College, Blessed Sacrament and St. Peter’s Cathedral, all in Erie, PA.
TEACHING AND ADMINISTRATION OF SCHOOLS – ELEMENTARY EDUCATION:
A. Erie: Our Lady of Mt. Carmel School, Sacred Heart School, St. Boniface School, St. John School, Gannon College.
B. Girard: St. John School.
C. Kane: St. Callistus School.
D. Youngstown Diocese: Assumption BVM School, Geneva, OH, and the Program of Religious Education in the Parish.
CONFRATERNITY OF CHRISTIAN DOCTRINE: (Now referred to as
RELIGIOUS EDUCATION) – teaching the students and preparing the Laity to take the Sisters’ places:
A. Erie: Blessed Sacrament, Our Lady of Mt. Carmel, Our Lady of Peace,Sacred Heart, St. Stephen.
B. Conneaut Lake: Our Lady Queen of Americas, St. Peter (Conneautville), St. Philip (Linesville).
C. Emporium: St. Mark, St. James (Driftwood).
D. Coudersport: St. Eulalia, St. Bibiana (Galeton), Sacred Heart
(Genesee), St. Augustine (Austin), St. Theresa (Shinglehouse) .
F. Kane: St. Callistus and James City.
G. Warren: Holy Redeemer, St. Joseph, St. Clara (Clarendon), St. Paul Center (Saybrook), St. Anthony (Sheffield), St. John (Tidioute)
and Grand Valley, St. Anthony (Tionesta), St. Luke (Youngsville).
CENSUS WORK: Actual taking of Census and Teaching the Techniques of Census-Taking:
A. Erie: Blessed Sacrament, Immaculate Conception, Our Lady of
Mt. Carmel, Our Lady of Peace, St. Boniface, St. James, St. Stephen.
B. Bradford: St. Bernard.
C. Conneaut Lake: Our Lady Queen of Americas, St. Peter (Conneaut- ville), St. Philip (Linesville).
E. Kane: St. Callistus and James City.

SPECIAL EDUCATION: Teaching Exceptional Children, assisting as Researcher,

both in Erie, PA.
B. Dietitian: St.Vincent Hospital, Erie, PA.

D. Summer Program: St. Martin Center, Erie, PA.
E. In Canada: Caring for the Invalids for two weeks in the summer at the Shrine of St. Anne de Beaupre.
